Basil Watermelon Cooler
GREY GOOSE VODKA& BASIL WATERMELON COOLER
ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
3 large basil leaves, plus more for garnish
1 slice peeled ginger – 1/4” x 2” slice
1 - 2 chunk of watermelon
1/2 part simple syrup
1/2 part fresh lime juice
ginger ale
watermelon wedge and basil leaves for garnish
instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 basil leaves with ginger slice, 1 watermelon chunk and simple syrup. Add ice, GREY GOOSE® Vodka and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with remaining watermelon chunk and basil leaves.
